  Right guidance at right time  

This story is about a boy Anil Arora, who belongs to far flung area of district Bharatpur in Rajasthan. He passed his intermediate exam from Rajasthan board in a Hindi medium govt school as English medium schools are rare in the area. He managed to pass his 12th examination with just first division, mere 60%. 
An average student Anil, who was wandering here and there without any goal, met with an IIT engineer and he got to know that IIT engineers get hefty amount as salary. He made his plans to become an Engineer. He was never much interested in reading hours sitting at place. 
High paying jobs after graduation from IIT attracting him and he reached Kota, within 10 days of meeting with Engineer. Kota is a city of students, where students from different state work hard for day and nights to crack the exams like IIT and NEET.
Anil, who is still in his tinder age, also become one of them and started studying for 12-15 hours a day. He got selected in AIEEE exam with a rank below 2000. He got admission in NIT Kurukshetra in Computer engineering. His real struggle started in his college days.
Getting admission in a prestigious institute is not enough for good career. His Hindi background hit him hard and many lectures were going without understanding any single concept. He got his setback due to his medium change. He was legging in his grades even after he was doing studies for more than 10 hours. 
He changed his strategy by help from one of his college senior Mr Vishal Jain. He suggested to read Hindu newspaper. He found that Hindu newspaper is more boring and troublesome than his academic books. But this is the only way to escape from his setback. He started writing new words and learning 10 words daily. Gradually his vocabulary become stronger day by day. 
“No hard work goes in vain”
The famous saying come true for Mr Anil, within 1 year he started reading Hindu Newspaper without using English to Hindi dictionary.  
He participated in national paper presentation competition organised by NITKKR in his third year and got first prize.
This first prize become the turning point for Mr Anil, He started to learn new things. He was to most suitable candidate for any job in final year. He got job in three multinational companies at a time. And one of them was Dream Job – package more than 8 lakhs an year.
A boy who got the right mentor at right time, made his career. But all students are not so lucky that got the right guidance. So he became the part of core team member of Dreamentor to share his strategy to students of engineering college who are still difficulty due to their medium change.
