List of admission tests in India after 10+2.
For non medical students
JEE Main and Advanced
The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, and Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) to the NTA from 2019 onwards.                               

Admission criteria to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTI), Institutions funded by participating State Governments, and other Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/equivalent qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main). The (B. E. /B. Tech.) of JEE (Main) will also be an eligibility test for the JEE (Advanced), which the candidate has to take if he/she is aspiring for admission to the undergraduate programs offered by the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs).

BITSAT
BITSAT is a Computer based online test for Admissions to Integrated First Degree Programmes of BITS Pilani Campuses in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.

COMEDK
COMEDK is the “Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka” This autonomous COMEDK was entrusted the responsibility to organize testing procedures to determine the merit of aspiring students in an effective, fair, transparent and non-exploitative procedure by KPCF (Karnataka Professional Colleges Foundation – Medical & Dental) and KUPECA (Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association). By this, COMEDK has been serving 16 Medical, 24 Dental and around 190 Engineering Colleges. 

Subsequent to the National Eligibility -cum- Entrance Test (NEET) being mandated as the only acceptable entrance exam for admission to Medical and Dental courses in the country, COMEDK continues the evaluation process for the members of KUPECA i.e. around 190 Engineering colleges

IPU Common Entrance Tests
The admissions to the programmes of studies in the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) are either through National Level Test conducted by various authorities or through Common Entrance Tests (CET) conducted by the University. The programmes of studies are grouped together, on the basis of common syllabi (for CET), for the purpose of conduction of CET. The programme(s) groups, wherever a CET is to be conducted, are assigned a unique CET code. If a programme or programme group is such that the admissions for them is not on the basis of a CET conducted by the University, then the CET code for that programme or programme group is treated as the CET Code. The CET Code indicates specified programme/group of programmes for which specific eligibility conditions have been laid down for Admissions.

VITEEE
VITEEE is a common entrance exam for VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT-AP and VIT- Bhopal. The exam tests Maths/Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English & Aptitude. The test consists of 125 multiple choice questions to be answered in two and half hours. Selection is based on the ranks through offline counselling process at VIT Campuses. Eligible candidates may select specific Programme / Campus during counselling

AMUEEE
Aligarh Muslim University Accredited by NAAC in 'A' grade having Agricultural Sciences, Arts, Commerce, Engineering & Technology, Law etc., each comprising of several Departments of Studies.
AMUEEE is conducted to take admission in engineering courses by AMU. Interview is conducted after Exam.

For non medical students
NEET 
NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) is conducted every year by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental & other Colleges/ Institutes in India.
Section 14 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 provides for holding of a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to the undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions including those governed under any other law. Thus, the admission to MBBS course in AIIMS, New Delhi, JIPMER and all AIIMS like Institutions will be made through NEET. The eligibility criteria applicable to appear in NEET (UG) shall also be applicable to the candidates desirous to take admission to INIs like AIIMS.
Similarly, the criteria for minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for admission to MBBS course shall also be applicable to INIs. Further, the common counseling for admission to MBBS course in these INIs shall be conducted by the DGHS as per the Time Schedule specified in the MCI’s regulations

AIIMS
AIIMS MBBS is conducted for admission to MBBS program offered by 15 AIIMS campuses in India.
AIIMS MBBS admission used to be on the basis of AIIMS MBBS entrance exam until the year 2019. From the year 2020, admission to All India Institute of Medical Sciences(AIIMS) is on the basis of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG exam.
